Yoga

I’m a fully qualified Level 1 Yoga Teacher, receiving my 200 Hour certificate from Being Yoga and currently undertaking my Level 2 studies. I practice and teach Vinyasa Yoga – a dynamic style of yoga which connects different postures into a seamless flow, linking movement and breath. 

Vinyasa offers a wonderful yoga practice for beginners and advanced practitioners with lots of different variations to keep challenging body and mind. Aside from the re-energising physical benefits of yoga, regular practice helps to relax the mind and give you an important time out from the busy nature of modern life.

If you’d like to join me for a class, that’d be lovely. I currently teach at a number of different studios on Brisbane’s northside – you’ll find my regular teaching hours listed below (please follow the links to book in). I would love to see you there!

Being Yoga (Level 1, 68 Racecourse Road, Ascot):

  • Monday  9.30 – 10.45am
  • Tuesday 6.00 –  7.00am

Rebalance Pilates & Yoga (246 Stafford Road, Stafford):

  • Sunday 4.00 –  5.00pm
  • Monday 6.15 – 7.15pm

Voodoo Hot Yoga (53 Rainbow Street, Sandgate)

  • Thursday 6.30 –  7.30pm
  • Saturday 7.00 –  8.00am
  • Sunday:  9.30 – 10.30am (alternating weeks)
